When I got up the next morning I found that I had a flat tire on my rental car. I was able to drive across the street and Adam took care of the situation. He was friendly and professional and got me in and out very quickly so that I did not miss my flight at O'hare. We have purchased 3 Hondas from out nearest dealer, and have been most happy with them. However, this dealer misdiagnosed a problem we were having, stating it was a main steering wheel box which cost us $1300. When the problem was not solved, the dealer then said that it was the pins in the calibers which would cost us another $250 each. Since this dealer was wrong about the problem the first time, we were reluctant to give them more money.
During this week, the car noise became much louder and we decided to take it to Brian Bemis since our family has had nothing but good experiences from Brian Bemis. Mr. Schroeder in the service department thought he had found the problem in the suspension bushings. He did something to the car to help in the mean time, and the noise was gone at this time. Mr. Schroeder suggested that we wait to see if the problem returns before spending more money.
We are grateful that Brian Bemis did not charge us for their time and work, and in addition, they washed our car!

The cost of labor in the West suburbs is not affordable for big expenses/repairs like timing belt replacement. When Adam explained your %10 off applied to other services, I spent an extra $500 with you! Ouch...but I would rather spend $500 than $600 extra at the Honda store in Elmhurst. My total spend was $1,300!
